Who Are You?

who are you?

I can see what the world has done with you but,

what have you done with the world?

have you even attempted to change the world

even half as much as it has already changed you?

you insist that you are happy,

yet you smile with your mouth and eyes closed, 

as if you were hiding something. 

and I think it is because,

you are.
